These rules govern all BrainQuest tournaments. By entering a tournament, you agree to them.
Scoring: correct answers earn 100, 150, 200 or 300 points by difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert). On Silver and Gold, a wrong answer deducts 25, 38, 50 or 75 points by difficulty, so a wrong Expert answer costs 75. Free and Starter have no deduction. Scores never go below zero.
Rounds: each prize tournament has 2 scored rounds per day. Your daily score is the sum of both rounds, your weekly score is the sum of the 7 daily scores, and your season score is the sum of your weekly scores. Retrying a round to improve a score is not allowed.
Competition weeks: Week 1 runs Tuesday 27 October to Monday 2 November 2026, Dhaka time, and is settled on Tuesday 3 November. Weekly prizes are paid within 48 hours of the week closing. The dates of later weeks are published with each week's prize table, before the week starts.
Prizes: each prize tournament has a prize pool for each week, funded from a share of the subscription revenue of that tournament. 55 percent of the pool pays daily prizes and 45 percent pays weekly prizes. The exact prize table for each week is published before the week starts and does not change during the week. Every published table is at least its guaranteed minimum table, listed below, and grows above it as the pool grows, raising the lowest places first. There is one winning place for every 10 eligible players, up to the places in the published table, and always at least one. The number of places in a table can grow by 2 each week, up to 30, and never more than 20 percent of all paid subscribers that week. Prize money for places that are not filled is not paid out and is not carried over.
Guaranteed minimum tables: Starter Sprint daily, 5 places of BDT 10 each; Starter Sprint weekly, 5 places sharing BDT 140; Cricket Clash daily, 5 places of BDT 25 each; Cricket Clash weekly, 20 or more places sharing BDT 1,350; Winter Championship daily, 7 places sharing BDT 180; Winter Championship weekly, from Week 2, 7 places sharing BDT 800.
Win limits: one player can win at most 3 prizes a week in Starter Sprint and at most 3 in Cricket Clash, and at most 2 daily prizes a week in Winter Championship. A prize a player cannot take because of this limit goes to the next ranked player.

Winter Championship: Week 1 pays daily prizes only, from Thursday 29 October to Monday 2 November. Weekly prizes start in Week 2.
BCS Prostuti Circuit: part of the Gold tier and a Gold Pass benefit. Its sittings are not open yet, and nothing on this page means they can be played today. Its prizes will be mobile data, not cash. When sittings open, the data pool will be at least BDT 1,500 of mobile data per week and will grow with Gold subscribers. In each of the 7 daily sittings, the top 3 by percentage accuracy will win 50/30/20 BDT of mobile data. The Day 7 mock will pay the top 10: 250/150/100/60/60/60/40/40/20/20 BDT of mobile data. Data prizes are sent by hand through bKash to your mobile operator. The same places rule and anti-cheat holds apply as for cash prizes.
Eligibility: you need a paid plan covering the day or week, no anti-cheat flag, and a round played in that period. Starter Sprint is for Starter, Cricket Clash for Silver and Gold, and Winter Championship for Gold. In the week you join, you can win daily prizes only, not weekly prizes. BCS Prostuti Circuit sittings are not open yet; the Gold Pass covers it once they open.
One prize per bKash wallet per period: if two accounts on the same wallet place, only the higher place is paid and the next eligible player moves up.
Payment: cash prizes are sent to your verified bKash wallet. Daily prizes are paid after each day is settled, and weekly prizes within 48 hours of the competition week closing. Each payment is made by hand and checked by two people. The amount shown is what reaches your wallet; BrainQuest covers any withholding tax.
Interruptions: if your connection drops, the clock stops and you resume where you left off.
